Our National Working Groups page explains how country-level groups are recognised, what happens when an NWG already exists, and the difference between establishing and reactivating a group. It also outlines the steps, expectations and resources for applicants.
Before submitting an enquiry, review the section “Establishing or Reactivating an NWG — It always starts with an inquiry”, including the country-status pathways and the NWG Manual. You may find the information you need without having to contact us.

Which contact form should I use?
For NWG matters, read the National Working Groups guidance before using the dedicated NWG enquiry form. For partnerships, volunteering, events, media or other questions, use the general contact form.
Can I enquire about starting or reactivating a National Working Group?
Yes. First review the establishment and reactivation process, which covers country-status checks, application stages and the NWG Manual. If your question remains unresolved, use the dedicated NWG form and specify your country. The relevant InciSioN procedures apply to recognition and onboarding.
Where can I read about NWG establishment or reactivation?
Our National Working Groups page explains how enquiries are assessed, the different country-status pathways, the formal establishment or reactivation steps, and the NWG Manual. Read that section before contacting us so your enquiry can focus on information you still need.
Can organisations propose a partnership or speaking invitation?
Yes. Briefly describe your organisation, the proposed activity, the intended audience and any relevant timing when you use the general form.
Can I use the form for a general question?
Yes. If you’re unsure where an enquiry belongs, describe it under a general subject rather than sending the same message repeatedly.
Please avoid including passwords, payment details or unnecessary sensitive personal or patient information in your enquiry. Any personal information you submit is handled through the linked Google Form and the arrangements described there.
