Join a National Working Group
Our National Working Groups are the heart of InciSioN’s grassroots network. Connect with your country’s NWG to participate in locally led global surgery activities, collaborate with peers and contribute to national priorities.
No active NWG in your country? You may be able to establish or reactivate one.
Be Part of the International Team
The International Team is InciSioN Global’s working team. Selected members contribute across departments led by members of the Executive Board, supporting the organisation’s global operations, programmes and network.
Applications are normally opened annually toward the end of each calendar year.

InciSioN creates opportunities for members to contribute to international conferences, policy spaces and high-level meetings. Delegation calls provide opportunities for young global surgery advocates to bring youth and grassroots perspectives into international discussions.
